Returns and Cancellations
Our Returns and cancellations policy
We offer a non-quibble Returns and Cancellations policy subject to the following terms and conditions:
Cancellations
If you change your mind about a purchase you can process a Full Cancellation of all orders. This cancellation request must be made between the purchase date and the confirmed delivery date to gain a full refund. Failure to meet this requirement will result in an handling charge being levied of the
- The Shipping charge, plus
- 25% of the product fee
Returns
We accept returns up-to 14-days following delivery. To gain a full refund you must:-
- Tell us why you are returning the product e.g. Product is damaged or Product is not as advertised
- Get a Returns request number when you provide photographic proof of damage etc. Please note, you should check delivery packaging before opening your package so that we can identify items that have been damaged in transit.
- Tell us what you want to happen next - If the product is still in-stock we will arrange a replacement item to be sent to you, or if out-of-stock, or you request us to do so, we will provide a full refund
- Return the faulty item - This is subject to discussion and agreement depending on the amount of damage to the item. You will be responsible for the cost of returning any item where requested to do so. Please Note: where we request a return, and there is no proof of dispatch/postage then we retain the right to refuse the issue of a refund.
- Receive a full refund - In most cases we will agree a speedy resolution to your request and pay a full refund via your purchase method. Please Note: Some Banks can take up to 5 working days to clear refund payments. We will let you know when the refund has been sent to your bank.
IMPORTANT.
What can’t I Return?
Except where there is evidence of damage, you cannot return the following
- Personalised products
- Perishable goods
- Specialist products - Size or adaptation
- Any items - That as been worn, washed, labels removed or that is part of a set (the whole set must be returned)
3rd Party Suppliers
Some of our products are supplied via a 3rd party. The Returns and Cancellations policy related to these products will be strictly applied as per that suppliers systems and procedures. We will identify 3rd Party supply in the Product Details of those products affected.
